By accessing, downloading, installing, or playing Bacupari — 3D Royal Edition (the "Game") on web, mobile (Android APK / PWA), or desktop (macOS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to play the Game solely for your personal entertainment.
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game—including but not limited to its 3D Atlantean sanctuary models, GLSL ocean and crystal shaders, game rules, campaign designs, procedural audio synthesis, user interface, trademarks, and source code—are owned exclusively by the creator of Bacupari. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Bacupari is designed with privacy first. The Game does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data, contact lists, location data, or behavioral tracking profiles. Gameplay statistics, campaign star progress, daily challenge completions, audio preferences, and Terms acceptance are stored strictly locally on your device via browser localStorage and offline Service Worker cache. You may clear this local data at any time via the in-game Settings menu or your browser/device settings.
A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns, flashing lights, or dynamic 3D wave reflections and storm lightning effects. If you or anyone in your family has an epileptic condition, consult a physician prior to playing. You may enable Reduced Motion at any time in Settings to disable camera shake and storm lightning flashes. Immediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, altered vision, or disorientation.
You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, memory injection, or exploits to manipulate gameplay, daily challenges, or shared match cards, nor to interfere with the hosting infrastructure or delivery of the Game.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE CREATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE GAME.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Game or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
